  I always imagine people in roleplay that do something like that, had too many amanita mushrooms and are running around town center naked with the arms out shouting "I'm flying, I'm flying"

  Actually, Harkon's court was killed off. This eliminated virtually all other Vampire Lords (aside from Serana). So no, there will be no Vampire Lords
