Who did you marry?

I want to know who you married in TES: Skyrim, or if you didn't marry, like me and why.

I didn't marry, because I fell in love with Serana durning Dawngaurd, pathetic, I know, but if your social life revolves around your 9th level Half-Elf Wizard, you would understand.

I married Moth gro-Bagol on my main character... who was also an orc.  I don't think real orcs would be keen on same sex marriage given their very prescriptive culture surrounding child rearing and spouse acquisition... but, well, I said "what the hell" and did it anyway!

I married Alea, but I and wish serana was marriable. Sooo badly.....

You can't marry Serana because she already belongs to Silver, even Bethesda knows this '^'

Serana belongs with Aurian, the character that talked to her on the day of release for Dawnguard

(EDIT: I keep leaving Serana as serana, fill :P)

Because she doesn't have a high school mentality as well '^'

I have never married in Skyrim, but I plan to with my next character because he is a more realistic and relatable Dragonborn. I plan on incorporating a lot of roleplay aspects with him, and I feel like marriage will make him feel even more alive to me. Not sure who I will marry yet, though. Are there any potential wood elf wives?

I've married Lydia three times. I've also married Sapphire, Ysolda and Aela once. I like Lydia because she's good looking and loyal.

I never married on my main because I found that I was always away from home...

No one wants to be married to someone who never comes home!

Any good warrior wives other than housecarls? I'm planning on starting up a pure-archer character, and I might end up needing a meatshield. But then again, I could just marry Aela and go around as an ranger duo.

But then I'd feel bad if I accidentally killed her...

I've gotten into the habit of putting trinkets and stuff in their coffins...

It's a mod on that nexus site. Its not that good though. Remember doing that quest to get her off that redguards back when she actually talks to you? You have to keep that quest going to speak with her even in marriage.

There's a orc in one of the strongholds who you can marry. She's actually really good looking. I've never used her as a follower though because I always use Lydia but I will use her in my current play through.

For my archer character my main follower is Anneke so its only fitting that I married her daughter Sylgja :) however a dragon attack on Darkwater Crossing killed Annekes husband Verner so I kinda roleplay that I have a little mother daughter love triangle going on ;)

Not a single Wood elf available for marriage. I looked it up. Only Dark elves and ONE Hight Elf woman(no male Altmer nor Wood elves) so your Bosmer might be alone unless choosing a taller chick :P

No, sadly there are no wood elf marriage candidates.

I wonder how, in terms of lore, the Bosmer feel about cross-race marriage? I definitely want to find him a wife, but I'm now curious as to which race would be best
