Sure, im guessing its the dragonborn, but he is a player character so it does not count. What i want to know is, at the present moment, (skyrim time) who is the most powerful person. Alive, brought back from the dead, does not matter, as long as he or she is man or mer and is currently able to stand up and kick anyone's ass (exept the dragonborn's)

The one who managed to take down the emperor. (Not Amaund Motierre. The one who ordered and directed him to Skyrim, which I think that is the High Chancellor. I have a.... project(I write, sometimes), and I strongly support this "theory)

    Or a Thalmor guy.

EDIT: Oh, and I believe that the High Chancellor is not the bad guy. Motierre says that you actually helped in someway the Empire by killing the Emperor.

Or, the High Chancellor could be a puppet of the Thalmor...

The grand council of Shamans in Valenwood. They can all initiate the great hunt. Or Rodrigo Borgia.

Logically thinking right now, it pretty much comes down to the Argonian and Altmer leaders because of all the land that they own. Maybe the Redguard leaders, but at one point it would of been every emperor ever.

Only some people understood the question, im not saying powerful as in influence, but as in kick you ass in one on one. My bad i probably frased the question a bit awcuardly, the closest someone came to anwser this was the ebony warrior. But i think there are people who are more powerful than the ebony warrior, miraak perhaps? Or the greybeard who can speak, i forgot his name

Politically? Tiber Septim, if I can use him. If not the leader of the Aldmeri Dominion.

    Magically? The Psijic Order.

    Physically? Frandar Hunding.

Also, in skyrim times, not past personas, one on one, in a fight, no holds barred

I'd say Harkon. He gives you a chance when fighting with refusing to use Vampiric Grip. If forced to use it he can bring down any foe.

Thats a good point, but it is a op ability given only to the player, and drains your mana like crazy, doing almost no damage. Also there are no high places for you to be thrown during the fight, so it makes it kinda useless. Im still on board with miraak, he can kill dragons with a single shout. But if we are not counting dragonborns and player characters id say the greybeard leader, still cant remember his name, or alduin? Should the dovah count?

Are you asking him to be pitted against dragonborn, or other NPCs? I think if Harkon was pitted against any Greybeard he'd won - he can't be paralyzed with Ice Form, ragdolled with Unrelenting Force and any damage done by elemental shouts will be negated with his Blood Drain spell.

    Miraak and Harkon.
