This should help.
I usually make names for my characters using this list. I combine different names and get unique one I also try to make the name look a bit like my own, for more attachment to the character
Lord Rugdumph gro-Shurgak The very definition of refined.
My first pure mage in Skyrim was an orsimer His name was Gaz gro Shurgak of the lineage of Lord Rugdumph gro Shurgak. Like his forebear, he has delusions of eloquence. This is Gaz's backstory.
btw: 'gro' means 'son of'; 'gra' means 'daughter of'
No, that was his great great great (or some such) grandfather, the names get re-used from time to time...
Wait, I'll let Gaz speak for himself:
"I believe Miraak, that you speak posthumously. I resume to know my own name. It was hardly pre-emptious of you to speak on manners of which forthwith are not in your realm of learned. Verily."
If its a girl orc, you could name her after Lady Rogbut gra-Shurgak, the daughter of Rugdumph.
Perhaps, Sharnarog gra-Shurgak?

If you want, you could give it a human or elven name. If an orc grew up with say, human parents, they could have named him/her whatever they liked. And if you're really stumped, just give your character a title or nickname. "The Hound" from game of thrones is a great example.
Margspakr gra-Drago.......Margspakr is old norse for very wise

Kurthak gro-Shrek (yes i stole that one) - Orc Nightblade (a homemade build that used one handed (orcish dagger), light armor, sneak, destruction (restricted only to runes), alchemy and illusion)
The Berserker Rage power came in handy when i was discovered while sneaking and the invisibility spell ran out.
