Is there a viable way to kill with poisons without using a weapon? I really want to try a build around this but the input I've gotten previously has been nay.

Only through reverse pickpocketing with the Poisoned perk. That is if you don't count poison runes added in Dragonborn. You can also consider Serpent Stone

Yea pickpocket would be a must, and I could incorporate alteration but no dest. or weapons. Would that be viable...I probly would have to add illusion.

Poison rune is a restoration spell so it'd be easier to include. You can also use alchemy for your illusion spells raising their level cap.

Are the poison runes the same as destruction runes as far as giving away your position?

    Won't Angi's practice arrows work?

Yeah and Rune Master perk benefits them

At least 30 in one try. You receive 10 from Angi and 20 are near the shack. I'm thinking of dropping the ones you have and ask her for more. It may work

If you run out of those you could run forsworn arrows (worse thank iron I believe). For applying with melee you could use a shiv or a fork/knife.

Is there any duplication glitches in this game that would work?

A fork coated with Jarrin Root poison! An ultimate weapon of destruction!

The one with the follower is the only one applicable here since mannequin is for armor and no one has practice arrows in their inventory by default as far as I know

I'm thinking if I'm going to do a poisoner build then a bow is a must. Which intern renders poison perk useless, and the whole reason I want to try a poison build in the first place is to incorporate the perk!

Use Serpent Stone with Aethereial Crown instead of bow for ranged paralyze effect then come close and beat the with a poisoned shiv!

The talk about practice arrows just got me really excited. What's the lowest damage bow? Long bow or forsword?

    Long Bow

Another idea:  Pickpocket arrows from a guard target practicing and reverse pickpocket one practice arrow.  He then (hopefully) will fire practice arrows at the target, which you can then recover.

If you drop the arrows you have and ask her for more, she gives you. So you can just get the arrows ask her for more, drop your arrows, then ask again and she will give you ten at a time.

That probably wont work since the shooter will always equip the highest quality arrows, and sometimes they have endless suplies of iron arrows that they pick from an invisible source and use when they dont have any else
