Who is your favorite Elder Scrolls protagonist? Is it the Eternal Champion, The Hero of Daggerfall, The Nerevarine, The Hero of Kvach, or The Dragonborn? Why are they your favorite protagonist? I for one am undecided at the moment. Discuss.

The Champion of Cyrodiil ofcourse. He's Sheogorath now!

I think the Champion of Cyrodiil deserves the most respect just for the fact that there is nothing special about him and he achieves so much.... that is unless you become Sheogorath off the bat. I would say the least impressive is the Nerevarine... the guy may be a folk god/hero but he cant hit the broad side of a barn... literally.

To be honest, I never liked any of the heroes (only know about morrowind, oblivion, and skyrim). The morrowind quest line bored me, so I never cared to actually finish it. Oblivion's main quest had a good beginning, but an ok ending (it's not bad, or great)... Skyrim... I never play as a dragonborn because...

    1. I hate fighting dragons, they are not fun

    2. I never use shouts unless I'm forced to during a quest

So, I have no favorite hero

"hit the broad side of a barn"? It means that something wouldn't be hit, even thought the object is very large and wide. It has to do with Morrowind's dice-roll combat.

I kinda got that, thanks captain obvious, but if you're skillz are that bad you would die in the final bossfight within 1 second. That's not a fair comparison. I could also say that the eternal Champion and hero of Daggerfal would lose because they don't have 3-dimensional sight, that the hero of Kvatch would kill himself because he would never get laid looking like an Oblivion Character with his play-doh looks and the the Dragonborn has a fatal weakness of getting arrows to the knee. No, that's not how it works. I for one think that the Nerevarine did pretty good, he killed a half-god, cured the most terrible affliction in Tamriel, put down another crazy half-god, and so on.

Because I don't like one quest line means I must hate the entire game right? Since I hate the fire ant quest in Fallout 3 means I hate the entire game right?... That is so stupid.

You can literally play over a hundred hours on a character without even touching the main quest...

Yeah, but by then the character is boring and you delete him/her and start over

Dremora and Draugr level till over lvl 40+ I think. Dragons are just a pain in the ass, they are in no way fun, Skyrim just isn't made for good combat.

Either the Nerevarine or the Dragonborn.

I like the combat in most cases... But dragons and draugr just cause me to groan and hang my head in depression

Oh believe me, the combat could be sooo much better if they would just let go of that simplistic system they made for Oblivion.
