Exactly how I was gonna play it. I thought about using it as a base for a new build as this seems to be the true power of alchemy. Unfortunately I've modded my game way too much to get a real feel for how it would work with a vanilla version, and I only change back to vanilla when I need to test some mechanics.
im building some of my favorite planeswalkers from mtg here is my current.
name: koth of the hammer
race: redguard
concept: koth planeswalked to the world of tamriel and ended up in skyrim. a dragon threatens to drestroy the world so he vows to destroy him first.
playstyle: NO shouts period. destruction (fire) onehanded mace light and heavy armor just the bottom of the trees (heavy gauntlet and boots( light fur armor (the lower half to leave his chest exposed just like his pictures) alteration for the added protection and smithing.
so far so good i have all of the dlc as well so trying to figure out his next approach once alduin is dead.
My Current Character:
NAME: Dovahkiin (Yes you read it right)
RACE: Breton
LEVEL: 81 (PC Console Induced)
PERKS: All Perks (PC Console Induced)
WHY?: Because I got sick of Skill/Stat Juggeling and just wanted to play the game without worrying about what to do next. Weird thing, i'm really enjoying trying out every single build on this Blog without having to recreate a new Character. All i have to do is grind for the mats to create the appropriate gear.
GAME DIF: Master
Cormac
Race: Nord
Playstyle: As a kind of Vigilant of Stendarr (Alteration, Restoration and Heavy Armor) Heal thyself and others. Destroy the undead but never loot the dead (except for Silver Hand members in Dustman's Cairn though only to get a couple of silver swords but he did penance for that by donating half his gold (over 500!) to the Whiterun temple)
Weapons: Silver sword with Silent Moon enchantment for undead, Steel mace for the living (why waste charges on wolves and skeevers).
Armor: Novice Hood (from College of Winterhold) and Novice Robes of Alteration (from Brittleshin Pass), Iron boots and gauntlets
This guy is fun to play but hard to pull off sometimes with the constant temptation of looting dead bandits or plundering Nordic ruins unless the quest marker tells me otherwise. This was the first time i went through the Helgen tutorial without looting anything or picking locks. Yes i only used my fists and Battlecry to get out of there.
Also i did only one Jarl's bounty at Silent Moons Camp just to get the magic weapons there but only killed the leader as killing 6-7 people just to get 100 gold is for serial killers. Plus i walked out on Aela and Skjor as i don't want to be a part of some sick daedric ritual.
Name: Scaion
Race: Imperial
Level: 81
Playstyle: Mace right hand, destruction left hand. Or dual casting destruction, or dual wielding mace and war axe. I always conjure Dremora Lords, sometimes Wrathmen or Seeker.
Shout: Fire breath mainly.
Weapons: Dragonbone Mace (main) and Dragonbone War Axe.
Armor: Daedric Armor
My current character:
Nord
Name: Amelie
Playstyle: Guerilla warfare with extensive use of poisons
Weapon: elven bow, elven battleaxe
Armour: elven gilded armour, Krosis, elven boots, leather armour of major archery
Amelie is fiercely loyal to the empire, and, being the daughter of a Nord mother and a Redguard father has a very unique fighting style influenced by both.
she is also my only current dragonborn character.
My other current character:
Dunmer
Name: Mythen
Playstyle: dominate the minds of enemies then slice their throat
Weapon: steel dagger
Armour: apprentice robes of illusion, apprentice hood, shrouded gloves, shrouded boots
Mythen is the living embodiment of Sithis, he is the void incarnate.
He is not dragonborn and serves only the Dread Father.
Name: Aren
Race: Imperial
Play style: Legendary sniper known as the Blackjay, uses her crossbow to take out enemies from a distance unseen or up-close and personal.
Weapon: Enhanced dwarven crossbow (flawless)/dwarven bolts
Armor: Nordic carved armor (flawless), Nordic carved gauntlets (flawless), Nordic carved boots (flawless), dark brotherhood cowl maskless.
gauntlets, ring, pendant, cowl, each enchanted with +20% archery
I actually have quite a few characters I'm switching between right now, but I'll go ahead and post the one I most recently played.
Name: Do'Vash
Race: Khajiit (Lycanthrope)
Playstyle: Heavy Armor Sneak Warrior.
Weapon: Ebony War Axe and Shield
Armour: Full Ebony set with Orcish Helm.
Do'Vash is a Khajiit mercenary warrior/bounty hunter who uses steath to stalk his prey and get as close as possible before killing them. Against multiple opponents, kill as many stealthily before engaging the rest in open combat. Dislikes archery, prefering to engage and kill his targets up close. Joined the Companions and became a werewolf to further enhance his abilities.
Dar'Jakri
A Khajiit Thief (never happens... ever)
Playstyle
Avoid combat when possible, become rich through theft, eat all of the cheese in Skyrim
