  I thought people agreed -NOT- to talk about Dawngaurd if they got the beta release. Details are all over the Internet about the dlc. Although I have read and enjoyed -some- of what is out there perk trees and weapons. I did aply for the beta, and I'm pretty sure I agreed not to disclose anything about the dlc..... If I remember wrong let me know. -Should- the people who've disclosed info about the game receive any repoccutions if any.

  I didn't read the contract, but assuming there was a non-disclosure clause,  I think those people (assuming Bethesda knows who they are) should be excluded from any and all future beta testing, and if possible (legal), they should be banned from receiving any future updates or DLC.
