I was actually just playing my vampiric thief who, along with jewels and valuables, steals the blood of the innocent. While in Solitude I was stalking this person to wait until they go into their home and sleep and I jumped on a rock to get into a hidden viewpoint and I was pushed away as if I was Fus Ro Dah'd and I landed on one of the towers.

Try putting a bear trap in a wooden cart.

My game has some type of reference-loading glitch or similar. I've encountered problems with it exactly twice, both of which were very strange experiences. First time it happened, I was shooting an arrow at a dragon on a house. The arrow didn't fly for some reason, and I moved away and looked at the ground by where my character was, thinking it had done that weird thing where it is released as if it hadn't been held long enough... And the arrow just floated there for like five seconds before there were suddenly hundreds of arrows shooting at the dragon from that spot. It died quickly.

I had thought that was pretty cool, but in the end, it had only been worth a dragon soul. I disregarded it from my memory, and adventured on. Next time it happened, though, was much more terrifying. A dragon was flying towards Falkreath, where I was staying at the time (a lot of dragon encounters happen there for me) and I readied my bow, when suddenly, the dragon froze. I just stared at it for about ten seconds... And then dragons were pouring from that spot in mass numbers, pushing each other through the air as they attempted to manifest in one space faster than room could be cleared by flying... My heart skipped a beat.

I never got a chance to fight them, though, as the huge overload of that many dragons caused my game to lag to a total stop.

I'm currently trespassing inside Belethor's shop and Severio Pelagia just walked in and sat down at like 11:00 at night.

For me no one in Markarth cares if I kill any of the guards, or paralysing them.
There is also an invincible guard in every city, probably so I can't wipe out all the guards and reign terror :p

I had the dragon glitch where the flight animation stops, and they just flout around in mid air. So weird to look at.

I once killed an entire bandit camp, and when I was leaving it someone said "What's the hurry?"
    everyone was dead.
    I had no follower.

I met an Oracle apparently when my nord character Gorthalyn notorious for beheadings beheaded the mage, and the mage's falling head said, "I knew it."

It seems like the longer I've played the game, the more glitches happen, more frequently.

For awhile now, I've been getting free dragon souls. Every time I fast travel, the dragon chanting music starts up and there is a dragon in the area. Not to mention, while I am fighting the dragon, I am getting the dragon soul absorb effect and getting free dragon souls before I even slay the dragon that's attacking me!

The most recent odd thing for me, though, was when I was in Blackreach. Two Trolls came down the cliffside and I blew them off into the water below with Unrelenting Force. Unfortunately, Serana was following me and got in the way (she can be the most annoying follower) and she got blown off, too. The bug happened where she popped up on land, but still swimming in mid-air! This continued until I was out of Blackreach.

Skyrim's still got a lot of bugs, folks! Haha.

Well once, I did a vampire rescue quest in Dawnguard and they took my wife. I headed to the keep and when I entered the room she was in there was a bunch of bodies and one unique enemy talking out loud about what he should do for his next experiment with my wife tied in front of him in the center of the room.

I was doing a dungeon with Serana as a companion.

At some point I attack an enemy pack with either my bow or a frenzy spell and Serana proceeds to charge at them by...

... floating in the midair  in a swimming animation while firing ice spikes and using vampiric drain on the enemies while approaching them as an  someone who is hanging by strings from a rail on the ceiling.

On another case, I encountered the hunter who appears between helgen and ivarstead, but instead of him riding the horse normally he was standing up on its back and he was spinning around the saddle like a gymnast!

I just started a Telvanni Wizard character and was on my way to Whiterun when I noticed some Imperials escorting a prisoner walk from what I assumed to be some sort of path onto the road. When I checked, however, they had walked from a random little patch of ground that quickly led to the river. Why did they come out of the water? Maybe they're all Argonians in disguise, staging a prisoner transport envoy to sneak into Whiterun!? Maybe not...
