Dwemer and Their Role in Skyrim

    The Dwemer have always been one of the greatest mysteries in The Elder Scrolls and their ability to craft such incredible machines such as the Centurions and their Orreries further adds to their mystery. It has been confirmed that there are Dwemer ruins in Skyrim containing the (at least for me) much loved Dwemer Centurions. 

    With Dragons returning to Tamriel and the inclusion of Dwemer ruins, Centurions, and hopefully artifacts what do you hope to see in the way of a Dwemer presence in Skyrim? Do you think it possible that with Dragons returning there could be a return of the Dwemer as well? Bethesda likes to hold their secrets, and although the likelihood of a return of the Dwemer is low I would like to hear your ideas on how they and they're artifacts may be included in the game.

    they should set the elder scrolls VI in Morrowind again, but now including the mainland and in the time of the dwemer

    Wow, I was just wondering about the Dwemer last night. I imagine that they won't be bringing them back in Skyrim. Bringing back the Dwemer as well as the dragons would be cool, but I feel like that's something they could even be saving for a future main q...  more

    Agreed there. I can't wait to fight those hulks once more! The Centurions were one of my favorite enemies in Morrowind and certainly will be in Skyrim. Hopefully frost attacks do the extra damage they're supposed to this time around...

    Well, if there is such a link between the dragons and the dwemer, i,m going to find it ;)
    But how many dwemer ruins would there be? i think like 20 or something, i,m going to find them all, als make sure i do every quest involving the dwemer

    Ahhh that's an interesting thought! If there is, that further fuels my mind's eye to picture the possibility of Dwemer in Skyrim! If there is a link between the Dwemer and the Dragons it may spell something like Alduin calling Dwemer back from their disap...  more

    It did look dwemer, but the temple was a nordic temple to worship dragons, but if the claw is dwemer, then there must be some sort of link between the dwemer and the dragons, what do you think?

    Well Samuel we have confirmed that there are Dwemer ruins and their Centurions (the machine you speak of) confirmed in the game. But what we want to know is how the ruins and artifacts will play a role in Skyrim
