A Nordic Legend

    Nord legend holds that on the 24th of Evening Star every year, a mythical figure some say is an aspect of mighty Talos himself, travels to Skyrim from the far-away northern land of Atmora on a flying longboat pulled by a half dozen mighty dragons.  On that evening, he travels all around Skyrim and gives gifts to all of the children (all 31 of them) who have proven themselves to be mighty or honorable over the past year. He places a mighty axe at the foot of these children's beds. It is also said that he approves of offerings of mead and a cooked meal. Of course, its a possibility that this is a tale perpetuated by the older folk in Nordic society...
