  If you have been following the discussion in our Character Build Group, you'll know that CB Hosts (Flameo Instant) Noodles (a.k.a. The Melon Lord), Albino, ShinJin and Elysium are building the 'Hall of Fame'. This is week 17 in the whole series of polls which will run across the weekends here on The Skyrim Blog. This time, we're picking the best 10 Duelist Character Builds out there. Let's get cracking!
