Todd Howard talks about DLC

    With Skyrim still riding high in the game charts, and patches still being released to fix glitches and problems with the vanilla game, thoughts are already turning to DLC. We've already started getting topics started here on the site about what might be included in future DLC.

    Well, Todd Howard has broken his silence on the subject! In an interview with gaming site Joystiq, the Bethesda supremo promised that DLC "will have a lot of meat on them" 

    “We’re going through ideas right now, and processing everything people are doing in the game, and trying to think of ways that we can improve it,” said Howard

    No timeframe for the production and release of DLC was given, although he did comment that they were trying to base their ideas on feedback received from the players of the game. Let's hope they don't lose focus on dealing with things like broken quests, before moving on to new content.

    I just want a couple more quests purely about destroying the Thalmor

    elswyr khajits in skyrim said sumthin about rain forests and deserts, that would make for some great exploring.

    A freaking vampire quest line! we really need one of those. Our throw us up against a new faction that is invading skyrim.  I'm thinking a team up with orcs and dark elves.and they are tried of racism  A of return of the darves would be cool but easy to mess up

    I think they are going to do something with Sovngarde there was no much too explore but the visuals are vast and they give you a shout that allows you to return. If they do it will probably have something to do with the alduins portal that some evil force...  more

    also a dlc like rts like in fallout 3 and new vegas or wasteland defense for new vegas would be sweet to but it has to be a polished system cuz those mods wheren't really made for that engine and caused a lot of chrashes.

    They could use roscrea and there is an existing chance they will but I hope they use the morrowind mainland as well and that they are gonna do a thalmor questline next to the already existing legion and stormcloak questlines as well.

    It's as big as they want it to be! Also it has a lore link to the city of Solitude that could be exploited for quests

    Havent heard of that island... Is it big? How much bigger than solstheim for the same they could make a link assumpted to Yokuda on the sea of Pearls, although its a bit far away...
