Skyrim nominated for Game of the Year

    Yes, the nominations are out for the VGA Game of the Year.

    • Batman: Arkham City
    • The Elder Scrolls V : Skyrim
    • The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
    • Portal 2
    • Uncharted 3 : Drakes Deception

    Well, I think its pretty obvious which one I voted for 

    The good news is that its a public vote, os why not head on over to the voting form now and show your love to Todd Howard and his team. 

    We've got more than 1250 members, if we all voted right for Skyrim then it would surely get the game well on the way to a deserved 'Game of the Year'

    Voted for Skyrim. I dont intend to play any of the other games nominated.

    I vote for Skyrim to be the best game - not this year or this decade, just the best - of all time (to date, I except that there is plenty of room to grow). Lets face it since pong, elite and oblivion things have been a bit flat.

    I don't want to vote because all the other games were also amazing.  Zelda will be fantabulous, Uncharted is amazing, Batman will appeal to some people (other than me) and portal 2 was the best game I've ever played (so far)

    It will probably be uncharted, but skyrim has a chance because of the new engines and ai

    I don't think Uncharted 3 : Drakes Deception have a chance at winning because no one with Xbox will vote for it. Skyrim all the way.

    I voted for Skyrim a week or so ago. Unfortunately the winner is not decided by the public, but hopefully our votes will influence their decision.

    The one thing Skyrim has that Uncharted doesn't is content. But the catch is, everything about Uncharted's gameplay is nearly perfect. Skyrim has tons more content and things to do, but because of that, the graphics, ect... had to be scaled down in order ...  more

    I'm not even gonna pretend I debated which one to vote for. Yeah yeah these are some pretty decent contenders but they don't stand a chance against the size and might of Skyrim....for the win

    Skyrim deserves this, its rare a new elder scrolls title is announced, and it is such a huge and amazing game from what we've seen, it got my vote, I believe it is head and shoulders above the competition.
