Making a no-perk playthrough possible would just add to player options.

I expect we'll be able to save perks for later, like Skyrim.
There'd be no reason to go back to the 'you MUST pick a perk to even leave this menu' of Fallout 3

I am just wondering if they will make it into more of a hardcore fps, if they do this the game will be ruined in my opinion

The latter option might mean that we'll be able to save perks for later... Would be nice!

Or maybe 'perk chart' is where you pick your perks from all the available options and 'perks' is a list of all the ones you've taken so far...
    ...this seems more likely.

So does this suggest that 'perks' and 'perk chart' are two separate entities...
Or is 'perk chart' just floating at the bottom of the chart for fast access...like the handy 'stimpack' option.

Anyone else really wish he'd hit 'y' for that perk chart!
