  How you would you like to have unlimited shouts?

  Pretty much every build I've seen that uses unlimited shouts relies on either the Equipment Stacking or Fortify Restoration glitch to do it. With this simple tip, Matt Feeney shows us how to reduce shout cooldown to only one second without using either of those glitches.
