POLL: A month of short stories

    Some weeks ago I posted up a feature about a competition over in our Story Corner called 'A month of short stories'. This has now resulted in a list of stories to read and choose from - and a poll...

    This poll will run until Monday - yes, just 48 hours to read the stories and cast your vote. Think of it as a little light reading for the weekend.

    To make life a bit easier here is a link to the stories that you'll need to look at before casting your vote. Happy reading and I look forward to seeing who comes out on top.

    And now, if you'll excuse me, I have some reading to do...

    Whoa, didn't think THAT many people liked it  Haebang, Illumination, Sleeping Dogs and Celestial Light should have all one, all great stories too!

    Thanks for hosting it! I think short stories being the medium was a great idea. They are long enough for a good storyline but short enough that a casual reader can get into them easily. I even like the poll idea. Gives the hard work more attention no matt...  more

    I think overall this event have produced some nice entertaining stories each with its own charms. Thats a success in my book! In the end I went with the Black Rose. Setting Maven in her place is just too awesome.

    There also seems to be a few missing options. As I recall, Lazy did a second story for the event.
