    Hello everyone, from snowy England. Here we go with a site news update:

    CHARACTER BUILD DEATHMATCH

    Yesterdays Deathmatch pitted 6 builds from the Bloodworks in a fight to the death. The winner of the poll was The Wild Hunt build by 1Legassassin - but three other builds nudged over the 10 'likes' cut off point. In fact only Scotch Stun Soldier and the Devil Blade can be deleted

    Memo to Ben C : You can delete those two builds, and move the others up to Apprentice Rank. You might also want to re-think how we can 'thin out' the builds again!

    CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR POLLS

    Over the Christmas and New Year period we had two polls about the wider gaming scene - one looking at games we liked from 2012, and one looking ahead to 2013. For the record, here are the results:

    RECENT SITE CHANGES

    Following Mason's epic thread on the future of the site, we have massively simplified the front page. We've also gone back to the simpler 'black and white' design. Hope you are enjoying the site and finding things a bit less cluttered!

    I've got some time over the weekend and will be implementing a few more changes that we talked about on that thread. There'll be a whole new 'Welcome Area', especially designed for visitors and new members. I'll also be sorting out some of the less active Groups - and it is likely we'll be looking for a few new Hosts to help with that. So if you have wanted to help out on the site, watch for details over the Weekend!

    JANUARY CHAT SESSION

    Another month has almost gone and its time for another on-site Chat Session. This will be held on Saturday evening, from 9.00-11.00 pm (UK Time). As ever, find an online time zone converter to see what the means for you locally! 

    There'll be 'Chat Event' Invite up on the site later, so you can use that to say that you'll be there, or to ask any questions. Hope to see you there!

    The Deathmatch only lasts 24 hours. That's always been the case

    Where is the new deathmatch for this week. I saw it yesterday on the home page but now I have searched everywhere and can't find it.

    paul is later like five hours and is the chat like in three? i ask cause its like 11 here in ausie land!

    The Chat comes onto the front page of the site at the appointed time - its basically just an opportunity for all of us to chat about Skyrim in 'real time'.
    As for the other question, watch out for a post later this afternoon...
