Top five things in Skyrim that were not in Oblivion

  • There is a lot mor in Skyrim than in Oblivion, what is your top five.

For me its the more esoteric:

    1. Toilets. Bandit hide outs, mines, caves they all have them.

    2. Children.  Good, but they are annoying, the way it should be.

    3. Intelligent animals: They had some in Oblivion but they are a lot cleverer in Skyrim, I still havent killed a deer, they keep running away.

    4. Dragons: they induce that Oh shit moment when you panic to get your weapons and spells ready.

    5. Intelligent guards: none of the "you must be the latest addition to the mages guild" when I was actually the arch mage!

Look forward to your top five....

    2) The finishing moves are just epic and oh so satisfying especially a real hard fight (I play on Master).

    1. Game looks better on minimum than Oblivion did on maximum. (for me)
    2.  The fact that I don't mind not using fast travel... in Oblivion, you could fast travel as soon as you got out of the dungeon.  I'm glad they went more Fallout 3, although I d...  more

    1. Better Graphics. Lets face it, oblivion had graphics that we look at now and puke.
    2. Better AI. I love that when I drop my weapon in town, A guard comes up to me, tells me I shouldn't do that, I say I don't care, and he gives me a false fine for...  more
