Unable to regenerate magicka on their own but capable of absorbing it from others. This means they are incredibly dangerous opponents to other mages and make the perfect mage hunter/killer. Skyrim has a lot of rogue mages so the Sorcerer has plenty of opportunity to hone his skills.
