Yeah I decided to download Vanilla for the plethora of mods.
either way with my gtx 960 I don't go super heavy with graphics mods on SE while with Vanilla i can handle some retextures.

Which edition of skyrim shall I download? I want to mod the game heavily, mainly with immersion perks, some town expanding, and maybe some texture. will the SE engine help the game be more stable?
Are the mods for Vanilla working in SE?

Exactly as Noodles said. Dont expect a larger than life mission. But I am sure the sequel are gonna be fire! They laid many ideas for the next sequel and all of them seem interestening.
People who complained probably played the 2 hours free beta that was before the release and they judged the whole game based on a...2 hours BETA  less

Is Apocalypse, spells of Skyrim too OP for the game??? and in general all the magic mods I see, they seem very OP  

If you like the series and/or sci-fi space games buy it without second thought.

I bought it before the first patch and the performance was poor after 2 patches now the game shines!
The combat gameplay is very very very good.
The story is lighter than the original trilogy and it make sense you have Ryder who is a newbie while Shepard was already a commander and a N7.
It has some cringy jokes everynow and then but this is not a reason for you to not play this game.
Pretty much I am very happy with Andromeda and I will not lie is exactly what I was waiting for: a nice adventure in a new setting with old faces I like!
I rate it 8/10
What I would change? more customization options, less cringy jokes, more skills to equip (you can only 3, but you can equip different profiles the same time for me it's kinda annoying to pause the game all the time though).

I finish exams in a week and I want to start Skyrim again but while I already modded my skyrim with immersive mods but I don't know which combat mod is the best. Vanilla combat is kinda boring and I want something challenging without just adjusting the difficulty to make the enemies just have more hit points.

As for mods, I think there are still issues with SSE so not all mods are available yet, howver I am no expert and it has been a few months since I last played or kept up to date with Skyrim and mods.

 I have to test it asap. I was searching in the Nexus the other day and I didn't find anything specific for SSE nor any mod that says that is SSE compatible.

I am an old member who was active around 2013 (I forgot my email and the password I had then though) when I was playing Skyrim in ps3. Thanks to this site I discovered how to roleplay Skyrim and I did over 500-600 hours of gameplay !
Since I got a good PC though I want to go back and play again so here I am.
Moreover I want to post some of the builds I made back then and I will post character builds after May (exam season).
In general when I character build I like to make classes from other games or from mythologies of different cultures or from books.
For example I did builds who resembled Feanor, Fingolfin, WoW Death Knights, WoW Shamans, Warhammer White Lions etc.
I will post them asap and I am going to test more and post them here.
So it's nice to be back!
 
ps: Are all the mods from Nexus working for the Special Edition or only for the original game?  less
