No, better, she's got Hangman's Alley. I get to builds verticals things and make me a really cool shanty of awesome in the heart of all that activity. So, yes, she did kill things that were in her way. :D

But yes, more drugs will be made, though OMGERD, my fiance has turned into such the pusher.

They will come tomorrow. I am at my sister's now and don't have access to my screenie library, but I'll do a proper update tomorrow. Lot's to do tonight. :D I so excited! And so's my fiance. He really liked how I handled the other settlements, especially Starlight and Oberland.

I have now read this blog from the start and I have to say it's so inspirational inasmuch as I have returned to FO4 so thanks for that Lis, Wow not only that I have begun a Survival playthrough myself I won't be posting a Blog but will keep a close eye on this masterpiece for pointers and further inspiration, I love the way your character can almost be felt getting stronger and more skilled, those little victories all mount up eh.

Keep up the good work Lis you are an inspiration to us all.

Hey Bones, glad you liked it. Yeah, and to think this all stemmed from a free weekend of the Commonwealth and a crazy Teddy Bear thread, right? I enjoy the game a great deal, even though it sometimes frustrates me. I will come back to playing Skyrim, though, when I am secure in Texas. For now, it is easier to write and do the sort of playing which this log covers.  The writing is a collaboration with the Lord of Flowers.  You know we gotta. Last year's Chasing Aetherius was a blast, despite the bottle smashing and orc smacking. :D

Alright, so I don't have the time today to do one of my full scale updates, and to be honest, the material for the real update isn't finished developing yet. But I wanted to take the time to post a quick thing to explain some of the developments that you've been seeing me squee and flail about in excitement for.

First, remember last update when I said that I had to abandon that hard-earned chameleon armor that I got at Weston because it was bugged. See, this is what I was seeing every time I'd access my Pipboy.

So yeah, my Pipboy isn't all that useful. Lol, normally, I'd take it, but with SMode, you really need access to your Pipboy for inventory management, needs, and hello, the map. I looked up the problem in forums and this issue seemed quite polarizing, with some people saying it's intended and to suck it up you're in chameleon and others saying it's not. While I get that it is invisible, I was scratching my head because I don't see Bethesda really going all out with the lack of compromise. So I can only access my Pipboy when I'm not in Stealth? That didn't really make sense to me. Especially for maps. So, like I said, I ended up removing the mods and stowing the armor piece.

When I reloaded my game, my fiance and I decided to go and see what was up with this armor and I put it on. We then got this.

I think this is how it's supposed to work with the Chameleon armor. So yay bug got fixed. Now, it is still boooooooogy as sheeeet. I have to wait for a brief lighting change to access my Pipboy and it takes some getting used to and sometimes yes, the image is overexposed and wonky, but at least I can use the armor, which boosts my stealth by 20%.

With my new awesome stealth in place, I decided to explore something I had seen happen at Weston when I exited the plant. I saw something crash near Oberland. Like a ship. :D

Aliens! Following the smoke I saw led me to a funky looking spaceship burning in a crater.

The trail of debris led me to a cave and inside the cave was a wounded alien and I deaded him with a shot to the brains cause aliens are ewwww. I took his blaster and yay!

So, this concludes what I did. Glad I'm able to use the armor piece. This helped me a great deal in the coming session. Where we have a game changer...

HA nice. Yeah I'm currently messing around with a character who has some chameleon armor and it is...shall we say kind of annoying. The PIPBOY in your second pic looks correct. If you're crouched and the armor engages, it takes a sec to sort out before you can look properly at the screen. And even then it's a bit effed. But yes, I do believe that's how it's intended to be. Nice grab on the Alien Blaster. Too bad Bethesda never sorted how to get more rounds :/

I think their solution was to make it so you can mod it to use the same ammo as laser weapons. Not exactly the same thing, but if you have science it stops the gun from becoming useless.
