Man, none of my characters are anywhere near max. I still wish they had set the Thieves Guild DLC in Senchal.

What level are your characters?

Yep, Senchal would have been amazing. However, I do like the North African vibe in Hew's Bane.

I've actually not played all that much, I have 4 characters and they are all 17-20. I've been playing other games and jumping between each character depending on mu notions.

You're not too far off, really. Max level will be 50; after that, you'll earn Champion Points.

I might just main my Dunmer, he's a mage but I might also make him an assassin

As a person who delights in constantly making new characters, it's a bit difficult for me to pin myself to a single main. On the North American megaserver, which is where I pursue 'normal' gameplay (I roleplay quite a bit on the European megaserver, but I'm not getting into that here), I currently have three fairly new characters I use regularly, one for each faction, in addition to another guy I made to help out a friend. The main chars are:

Uxin-Thaleel: An Argonian Nightblade archer. He uses Assassination, Siphoning, and a bow to cripple enemies with poison and magic before stabbing them.

Ariune Silnorin: An Altmer Sorceror knight. She uses Storm Calling, Daedric Summoning and a sword and shield to keep the heat on her while her summons and lightning kill enemies.

Waynin Skavas: A Redguard Templar rogue. He uses Aedric Spear, Dawn's Wrath, and twin daggers to quickly eliminate enemies in close quarters and at range alike.

Benton Crowe, a Stam Sorc specializing in AoE weapon damage with Stam-morphed skills like Bound Armaments, Hurricane, and Dark Exchange. IC, he's a Bosmer who was raised as a foundling by a Breton sorceror. This taciturn Witchhunter's ability with magic supplements his natural gift with blade and bow, making him a versatile adventurer sort. Currently working with the Fighters Guild.

Aleron Gaerhart, a Vampiric Breton Mag Nightblade who uses copious amounts of HoT/DoT spells in order to suck the life from enemies and heal allies. Aleron was a healing mage until the lure of easy money drew him into the criminal underworld. Resorting to contracting vampirism in order to stave off a terminal illness, he i currently serves as a doctor who will care for any patient, regardless of allegiance or malady, so long as they can pay his fee.

Teres Famori, a Mag DK utilizing plenty of burn and bleed DoTs and an iron defense. Wielding righteous fire in the name of the Tribunal, Varo aspires to join the ranks of House Redoran and guard the roads and temples of his homeland.

Soren Walker, my Mag Templar currently focused on leveling and DPS. Soren believes in the value of civilization, particularly the parts that mean he can enjoy easy access to good brandy and bad women. While far from a paragon of all virtue, he still believes strongly in Stendarr's tenants of mercy and compassion. He's even quick to buy a round.
