It becomes a case of, "damn! I wanna re-roll!" :D I am super excited about playing an archer at some point, opening up with a stealth shot and seeing if there are abilities that keep enemies at bay. Sort of a medium or light armour ranger, using a resto staff for backup. I saw this in Khenarthi's Roost, many cake-eats ago:

But yeah, two handed is slooooow! I like it, that massive windup is epic! Draining, though. Chews through stamina like a fat cat on a cream cake.

Yes! I remember Zulana and her not-so-veiled threat. I'm telling you, the Khajiit in this game are awesome!

As for 2H, make sure you put points into the passives. Off the top of my head, I believe 2H has two passives which reduces the stamina cost and increases stamina recovery.

They are indeed :D I had a Khajiit templar from a year ago and he beats my Breton tempy hands down. Cats do it best, it seems!

Hey, I'm not judging you! Rerolling is what anniversary events are for. 

We'll see where Khenarthi's wind blows us. I don't relish the thought of doing all the Auridon quests again so soon, and I am fond of my tanky turtle kitty, especially now he has a big effing maul. He defies the idea that Khajiit like freedom of movement and hate the plate.
