I mean, a lot of things invalidate the Wind Walker perk (vegetable soup). I do love this perk, though, and depending on your setup it can definitely be fairly solid. Try thinking of Wind Walker as allowing you to spec less into Stamina, and consequently more into Health and Magicka.
Destruction-class elemental Cloak spells apply their per-second damage to melee weapon attacks. Does Stendarr's Aura do so as well?

No, however, the "necromage" perk will.

Hey, family!
Quick question: I've been playing Alastor's Transcient Sorcerer lately (loving it!), but I have a big doubt, what is the best moment to get the "Aspect of Terror" perk to boost my "Flames" spell? Do I need both levels of "Augmented Flames" for it to be as effective as possible? Could someone give me a summary of what happens when I get "Aspect of Terror" depending on which perks I have?
Thanks a lot!!

Hey Rex,
The best time to take the AoT perk is after you get both Augmented Flames perks. I've never taken the AoT perk without first having both AF perks but I believe the breakdown is as follows. +10 damage if you have no AF perks, +12.5 (rounds down to 12) if you only have one AF perk, +15 damage if you have both AF perks.

The weapons in the Labyrinthian are guaranteed to have those enchantments, andI believe they also count as seperate to the normal absorb enchants, so you can have both.

Labyrinthian is not an early dungeon unless you backdoor it, though; it's at the end of the College of Winterhold questline and the boss in that dungeon is a Dragon Priest and not a pushover. You'll have more success delving Folgunthur (at the foot of the Solitude Arch on the Morthal side) and Geirmund's Hall (on an island southeast-ish of Ivarstead) for these enchantments which are guaranteed on the Gauldur Blackblade and Gauldur Blackbow on the bosses.
You can also kill Astrid for the Blade of Woe early on in the Dark Brotherhood questline which I think is disenchantable for its Absorb Health effect.
