That is the special book, which you've listed in your build as being used to bump luck up to 6 straight away. Some people will ask for the book and bobble heads to be a different colour from the points increased through leveling to give an idea of how the spread was achieved. I guess I just did it out of habit.

Also I'd say it's more of an orange star :P

Unfortunately I can't use either of those images as when I open them they are tiny, as in 200x113 pixels tiny. If you can find bigger versions of those images or have others that you'd like used then link to them here and I'll see what I can do (eventually :P).

Here's my attempt using the fallout 4 screenshot. I did attempt to use the second image but I couldn't get the text to look right on it, and to be honest I'm not quite happy with how this one turned out either. I might end up looking for another image or even taking a screenshot myself, to see if I can make a better spread.

I'll see if I can get a few more screenshots for you.
