I stream at 3500 bitrate, which results in a reasonably smooth 60 fps in high-motion scenes like combat. It's a bit much for slower internet, but I regularly hit high enough viewer count that I get transcoding every broadcast. You can click the gear icon for settings and reduce quality if that helps.
