Cause of Death: I find a legendary Shotgun with the Explosive mod, and I forgot that it does damage to you if you are close enough. So I killed myself while trying to kill a pack of Ghouls.

Cause of Death: I was shrouded by ghouls, and I had no ammo for my .44 magnum so I blew myself up. (Also, this is my last one of these for a while)
