Oh, yeah, Orc Dragonknights are strong. I usually run group dungeons with a guildie who tanks as an Orc DK. You can't beat the Brawny and Robust passives for sheer survivability.

Is that One Tamriel patch going to ruin the tip on staying underleveled for better quest xp?

I don't think so. One Tamriel will "battle level" in your character's opposing two alliance areas. Presumably, you'll do the bulk of your leveling in your own alliance. The zoning levels for your own alliance will remain unchanged. For example:

You start a character in the Aldmeri Dominion. Each zone in the AD will be leveled as listed above. However, if you took your level 5 character to the Daggerfall Covenant, the game will battle level you to CP140. For you, the enemies you encounter in the DC will be CP160. You'll still have a tough time at your level. Why? (1) the enemies are still above your level, and (2) your skill lines haven't been leveled up yet, so you'll be operating with low-leveled skills.

Disclaimer:  haven't looked too far into the leveling system, so I might not be understanding it correctly.

Thanks for the response. I hope it works that way.
