Basically, I am looking to see if I have my Skyrim math right.
I am thinking of a stealth dagger user (I've never played a dedicated stealth character), who also carries a bow for long-range strikes when needed.
Her two main weapons will be the Razor of Mehrunes Dagon (right hand) and a Glass Dagger (left hand.)
Since she is a stealth dagger user, she will wear the Shrouded Gloves (for 2x backstab damage) and get the Backstab (6x backstab damage if unseen) and Assassin's Blade (15x backstab damage if unseen) skills in the Stealth tree.
She will also wear the Shrouded Gloves (2x backstab damage)
The dual weapon combo of the Razor and a Glass Dagger has a base damage of 20 (I think.)
My damage calculating math is:
20 x 6 x 15 x 2
and that equals 3,600 HP in a single strike.
Do perks multiply that way?
If they do, then I have invented a killer!

Razor would be (11*2)*15, backstap and Assassin's blade do not stack -"a total of fifteen". However, you can use the Dual savegry to boost the sneak attack damage by another 1.5 / 50%. So if your base damage is 20 the damage of a dual attack with the following perks would be:
- Dual savegry
- Backstab
- Assassin's Blade
DB gloves
= ((20*1.5)*15)*2 = 900 dmg which is still quite a bit, but no way near 3600

Or you could be really cheeky and just use the alchemy-enchanting loop to make as much damage you want. I've seen up to 10,000 on a screenshot once, its ridiculous.

I think what you've calculated is probably as close to the maximum someone's going to get with the method Jake posted. There is an easy way to push this to 1800 though.
While far from a classical use of this power; Berserker's rage, the Orsimer racial power, allows you to add a flat *2 damage multiplier to any non-magical attack. This includes daggers and bows (it's what makes playing orc assassins like my Outcast build such great fun).
Beyond that, it's going to be more difficult to push it any further and will probably necessitate potions and enchantments. I wondered how far you could go if you were to add the best non-crafted (for ease of calculating) one-handed enchantment, the best one-handed potions and if you're playing an unpatched game; the best archery damage potions.
So I tried calculating it;
Let's assume we've got the same stuff you proposed Blue, we took an elixir of one-handed, an elixir of archery and we're wearing three items with peerless wielding. Of course, we're also an Orc.
20*(1.5+0.5+0.5+0.4+0.4+0.4)*15*2*2=4440
If I'm correct, which I may not be as I'm not all that knowledgeable on how Skyrim calculates its damage boosts, this setup should get you a nice net 4440 damage in the one dual wielded power attack. It's a bit lower if we refuse to glitch (one 50% multiplier less) and if we decide to go with a simple one-handed attack but the damage should still be rather monstrous.
Quick editorial note: you'll have to get rid of one of the 40% boosts; can't be wearing the DB shrouded gloves and that enchanted gear... Oops

Still 900 in a single strike is very nice.
It's too bad we cannot sneak up on dragons (at least, I've never seen it done.)
However, that 900 could make decently quick work of a giant...

Pretty sure 900 would oneshot most anything pre-40. For dragons, all you need is a companion and invisibility spell: dragon lands, companion tanks, you become invisible and sneak up behind the dragon. BOOM. But it is boring in length I find...
