Hmm, let me do a bit of math here, but I think you'd be a tad off because you're not calculating both weapons early on but using a Dual Power Attack, which also would require an additional set of calculations because you're going to be hitting more than once and doing 'Power Attack' damage rather than just a regular attack which again should add another level of math to the whole thing.

Also, you've slightly confused your sneak attack damage. Backstab is replaced by Assassin's Blade when considering Daggers and only really effects Swords/Axes/Maces from then on. So here you'd only have a 15x boost rather than a 6x boost and a 15x boost.

So, if we're looking at this with those factors as well (and do understand that I'll probably have missed something).

First: You calculate the base damage boosted by Armsman 1/5

    9 times 1.20 + 11 times 1.20 = 10.8 + 13.2 or 24.0 damage

Second: You calculate the effect of a Dual-Wielding Power Attack (1.5 damage, also is 3 attacks).

    (24 times 1.50) times 3 = 108 damage

Third: You calculate the additional damage of Dual Savagery.

    108 times 1.50 = 162 damage

Fourth: You calculate the additional damage of Assassin's Blade

    162 + 15 = 2430 damage for a Dual-Wielding Power Attack.

So yeah, slightly different math but you can see the relatively large difference. You'd even get an extra boost from ah, the Dark Brotherhood Gloves of various nature, where you'd do 30x sneak attack damage rather than 15x. So yeah, hope that helped a bit mate but the answer I suppose is, yes, Armsman boosts your damage.

Do the Disintegrate, Intense Flames, and Deep Freeze perks function with with corresponding staves? There has been a lot of documentation on the Staff of Magnus and Miraak’s Staff, and I know the Augmented Flames/Frost/Shock perks work on staves, but I’m curious about the more fun destruction perks (Disintegrate is a favorite of mine).

Man, that's an interesting question Mercurias I'll have to test it to be sure but at the moment I don't see why Aspect of Terror/ Deep Freeze shouldn't work because the perk (at least in UESP) says Fire/Frost damage rather than spell or effect, meaning it should be theoretically possible for anything doing elemental damage to trigger the perk. I'll check later today though to be sure.

Right, so I'm working on an enchanting-focused build. Now, I know that destruction can be used to boost the damage of fire/frost/shcok enchantments and necromage, but does Aspect of Terror add +10 to the damage of a fire enchantment? If anyone knows I would much apprechiate an in-depth explenation on how to boost the damage of enchantments, in particular fire enchantments XD

    Thanks in advance!

Is health regen a viable way of "healing". As in can I not use restoration, alchemy, necromage, or loops/crafting glitches to achieve a high enough health regen rate to be able to survive battles? What would be a good target regen percentage? I would also have block and alteration so defensive abilities are relatively high.

I plan on using the ring of namira glitch to get that "passive" 50% from feeding and of course 25% from the lady. Maybe a little more with a purchased restoration potion. That basically leaves a ring, neck, and chestpiece to enchant with regen. I'm not sure how to maximize this without leveling alchemy.

I believe you regenerate ~0.5% of max health per second in combat...with 500health and 200% boosted health regen that's only 1.5% of max health/second (7.5hp/sec). That doesn't sound like much, is it though?

I guess while I'm here...does Slow Time affect health regen in any way? Like will it seem faster because the game heals me at normal speed but is moving at slow speed?

Mason's Obsidian Sentinel used HP Regen in conjunction with a maxed-out Block skill to tank through battles. I don't know if HP Regen would let you do that alone, but in conjunction with damage reduction it's apparently possible.

I believe you're correct about Slow Time, but I can't speak for certain.

Not sure about Slow Time, but if you meditate on Become Ethereal with Paarthunax you get a bonus 25% regen while Ethereal. Plus as you won't be taking damage it's a good option for regen all round. Definitely something to think about.

In the long haul, Regeneration is a skill which becomes significantly more useful when supplemented by high AC, Block, and/or other healing methods (drain life enchants and restoration spells come to mind). The key is to have enough Regeneration to heal through whatever damage you’re taking. Albino’s Regenerater and Henson’s Thrafey are two examples of the high AC and Restoration-assisted regenerators, to complement the high-block Mason Build posted earlier.
