    Your New Host

Hello everyone! I am D3LTAFOX, King of Thieves, Butcher of Winterhold, Slayer of Monsters and Hero of Windhelm. And, the new Host of The Story Corner. Now, I know what you're thinking, who's this guy, thinking he can just take Sotek's place as Host. But, I didn't take his place, I'm simply watching over the Corner while he is gone, and while I do understand that I am not as great as the Big Bad Wolf, I WILL do my best to keep our beloved Corner a vital part of Tamriel Vault.

My real name is Stjepan, and I come from a European country called Croatia, and I currently live in a small Croatian town called Bjelovar. Being from southeastern - central Europe, I feel like home playing the Witcher games, seeing as they're based on Slavic mythology. From here comes my love for hunting monsters. I also like to take a few trinkets here and there, so the Thieves Guild is perfect for me. And while I use a bit of magic here and there, I don't like mages, hence why I killed everyone in Winterhold a few times.

Anyway, I hope you got to know me a bit better, and if you have any questions, I'm always a PM away, or you can drop the question in TSC. I'm logged in every day. See you later.

We can't be friends anymore, for anyone who hates mages and kills them is no friend of mine, sorry. :(

It is great to know you and I think you will be a great host. :)

I don't kill all mages, Potemus. I like the mages from the Witcher series, and several mages from Skyrim and Oblivion are good friends of mine, just... well, mages can be a little deceiving from mine point of view, they can change apperance with magic and influence your mind. And I don't kill everyone at Winterhold, I always leave Brelyna Maryon alive. I just like something about that Dunmer.

Sotek isn't GONE gone, he's just having problems with logging in and he won't be available for some time, he will return one day.

So only mages can be deceiving? What about thieves, assassins, and even warriors?

Yeah, but they are predictable. Thieves will go for your pocket, assassins will for your throat, and warriors will go for the first thing they can hit. Mages, on the other hand are unpredictable. A fire mage will burn you, a frost mage will freeze you, a necromancer will steal your soul. And that can be taken as a compliment, you can't expect a perticulare form of attack. In most battles, mages come up on top. Except when fighting my Theryn. The greatest game icons couldn't hold a candle to him.

I guess we can be friends again since you said Mages are superior. I will ignore the rest.

Forgive me for butting in but I'll have you know that a swordsman is just as unpredictable as any mage. There's a multitude of fighting styles and weapon types, someone with a halberd could just as easily sweep your legs from under you as they can cave your skull. Have you heard the quote "all warfare is based on deception"? That's true for warriors even more than mages, they are trained to outwit and outmaneuver their enemy.
