Hello and welcome to my first build. I was inspired after watching Doctor Strange and thinking how awesome would it be to have that kind of character in Skyrim. Criticism is welcomed and encouraged.

    SORCERER SUPREME

"A bright orange light is the first thing that I remember seeing. I was found naked and alone in the forest near Falkreath, hunted by wolfs and circled by voltures waiting for the wolfs to finish feasting on my corps. I was saved by a couple of hunters and carried to a local inn.

After I got better, I left for the city of Whiterun with a few days worth of supplies and a red cape on my back. I found work in the Temple of Kynareth as a healer. I adopted the name Strange, under the circumstances of my origin. After some time, due to my healing skills, I started being called The Doctor. I felt good. I had a purpose.

Over the years, I got more and more skilled with the mystical arts and decided to join the College of Winterhold to further enhance my skills. I rose through the ranks of the College and started to become known throughout the land. I became Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme."

    Destruction Dual Casting

    Impact

    GAMEPLAY:

Start by scouting the battlefield and choose your spells accordingly. Cast Oakflesh and use Slow Time. Equip Bound Bow and send one arrow at every enemy you see. This is used to weaken them for the upcoming fight. After time goes back to normal, equip Bound Sword and a Fire spell of your choosing. The battle should be over quickly, as your low armor rating doesn't allow you to enter prolonged battles. Don't worry about your magicka regeneration as Dragonskin and Recovery negates the -50% magicka restoration you get from the Atronach Stone. Strike fast and hard and you should be okay. If you get cornered with low health, cast Calm and use that time for healing yourself, then fight your way out.

    SPECIAL MOVES:

Winds of Fire - Whirlwind Sprint + Fire Storm

When you see a group of bandits close together, get in the middle of them with Whirlwind Sprint and then cast Fire Storm, either as a spell or as a scroll.

Kamikaze - Slow Time + Bound Bow + Fire Storm

Use Slow Time and then equip Bound Bow. Send as many arrows as possible at everyone you see. When time goes back to normal, run towards them and use Fire Storm, either as a spell or as a scroll.

Well, thats it. I really hope you liked this build, as its my first one. Like I said before, any criticism is welcomed to help me get better at creating new builds. Bye.

I don't think it's half bad for a first build! It is only through making the character and posting the build that we get better and we have all been there and know the worry of a first build :) My only input right now, for what it's worth, is to say don't be afraid to talk about the character. You know him best, have the passion for the character. Let that passion shine! Better to have too much and need to trim than too little. I use the Workshop for that reason, among many others.

Also, the Art Group have a request topic if you wanted help putting that perkspread to an image :)

Not bad for a first build.  I'll be honest it's kind of sparse especially when you compare it to some other magic based builds.  You have a nice skeleton here with the slow time/bound bow/fire magic set up but it feels like you could benefit from fleshing this out some.  I'm not sure what that would look like but maybe some roleplaying guidelines?  One thing that stands out to me is the restriction to only fire magic i imagine this could be used as a good roleplay hook for the build so maybe the reasoning behind this choice?  I tend to match shock up with bound weapons for aesthetic reasons but I also like the idea of orange and purple flames, which you've got going here.

Oh, I took the liberty of fixing your title character builds should say "Character Build" in the title.  I also fixed your tags.

Presentation was a bit wierd.. Try using Bold or Italics.. maybe? I have only had one build so, don't take advice from me, like Phil said the perkspread would really help. Shouldn't the stats be 2 - 1 - 1? "Well, thats it. I really hope you liked this build, as its my first one. Like I said before, any criticism is welcomed to help me get better at creating new builds. Bye." How about.. "See'ya!" You seem like its forced to do that. Yeah thats really all I got. Good first build. Presentation just needs some work.

I saw Doctor Strange just last weekend, and yeah... it really makes you want to take him into Skyrim to have a bit of fun! And this looks like it would be a lot of fun to play--I love me those bound weapons, and fire spells are the bee's knees against the undead (and they look a lot like Dr. Strange's energy weapons and runes) :D

As for suggestions, I think Resiign has a great point with using bold to make the build (a) look a bit more dynamic, and (b) help break the text into easily identifiable chunks. For Example: turning all your section headings bold (Race, Major Skills, Minor Skills, Equipment, and etc) would be a super-quick change that helps your reader process the information you've got here more easily, and it breaks the aesthetic monotony that text tends to create.

Also, trying to Tab and Spacebar perk spreads can be a nightmare (I've tried it before... I lost xD). You could try creating a chart in MS Word or Excel or some type of program, then take a screenshot and replace it as an image. This way everything lines up all nice no matter which computer people access the build on. Or even put the spread on an image.

Like others said this is a good build that could easily become a great one with a bit of elaboration in the right places and a few aesthetic buffs. Nicely done! :D

BTW--if you don't have the means to mess around with the perk spread, I could try to whip one up for you some time before the end of the week if that seems like a route you'd be interested in taking... I'm definitely not one of the Art Group guru's, but I can put together basic perk spreads fairly easily.

I would like to thank everyone for give me a lot of advice. I'm new to all this and would like to contribute to the site.

I made this build like an initiation test and for you to see what I can do. I really want to learn how to create amazing builds. I had a lot of ideas since first looking at the gameplay trailer for Skyrim and wanted to share them with someone for years. Thank you all for supporting me and I hope that you will enjoy the content that I will post in the future.

I would also like to apologise for not answering your comments quickly. I'm a waiter and sometimes I work at day and sometimes at night so I sleep during the day. I will try to reply as soon as possible in the future.
