Pestilence said:I find it impressive that you've stayed with vanilla all this time :D Not to say vanilla Skyrim is boring - it most definitely is not! But mods are certainly very refreshing haha.

    I don't doubt it.

Frankly, I'm a bit of an aberration (abomination)... I hadn't even been playing with the DLC until just a couple of days ago xD

Hahah. I personally enjoyed the DLCs quite a bit. Dawnguard was definitely my favorite, if only because I'm a huge vampire fan.

John LeBlanc said: Very impressive. The additional spells from the mods certainly open up opportunities maybe for future build you could do the other three horsemen.

Thanks! I've actually thought about the other Horsemen as well. Pestilence is the only "unique" horseman I could think of: Death I imagine would  play like a standard Death Knight/necromancer build, War would be similar (perhaps closer to a Warrior/berserker build), and Famine is a little hard to emulate in Skyrim I think... Edit:drawing inspiration from Supernatural, Hunger isn't just physical - maybe a hunger for souls? Soul-trapping everyone around him and consuming them? That sounds pretty neat. Maybe frost magic too, to emulate moving slowly due to hunger.

Maybe I'll of something though! It certainly would be fun to write another horseman build

I find this build kinda eerie because I made one, but didn't post it, very similar to this one. Great job for a first build and if you plan on doing the other three, or two since Famine would be hard, I will be waiting for them as well. Also, if you need with the concept of doing one for Death and War I could lend a hand, if need be.

That'd be awesome man, I'll definitely let you know when the time comes! Or maybe you'll beat me to it hahah. These take forever to put together

Having played affliction warlock back when I was still a wow addict, this build makes me nostalgic. Just pop your dot-s and lean back, watching your enemies writhe in pain, absolutely loving this! This also inspired me to tinker around and try to recreate the other horsemen... so far I have not been sucessful. My ultimate goal is to get them all maxed up and by using the Familliar faces mod have them as bosses in my other Skyrim playthroughs, but I doubt I'll enjoy leveling them as much as im enjoying our buddy ol' pal Pestilence here. Great build, looking forward to your next work!

Thanks, really glad you enjoyed! Yeah, it definitely is really is fun - though the beginning can be really tedious. Once you're powerful enough, though... tons of fun.

Funny you should mention the other Horsemen - I'm working on Famine right now!

I never thought about Familiar Faces mod and making them roam about as bosses through Skyrim - that sounds awesome! hahah

    Update

I don't want to edit the actual post, since I feel like that would bloat it too much (I edited the post), but there is one mod that recently came out and it is perfect for my series:

The Four Horses of the Apocalypse:

The mod adds four unique horses with unique abilities. For the true Apocalyptic Horsemen playthrough, I highly recommend it.

And in case anyone is curious, here is a photo album showcasing the Horsemen (Pestilence and War so far):

I'm trying to think what I was doing that I missed this build. Oh yeah, I was really sick when I got back from singing at Carnegie Hall. This is a great start to what I think is going to be an epic series. And that updated horse mod is totally sick. You also take excellent shots of horse and rider. The artwork for this build is very cool and while I've not extensively used the particular mods you are highlighting, like Ordinator, not yet have completed a playthrough with it, you present the blueprint of your build very well.

Great work and humblest apologies for letting this slip. And funny cause I followed the WiP. Gah, hated being sick.

@Lissette: I always assumed you knew about this build, exactly because you offered advice about the WIP War one haha :D

No worries, really glad you like it! You'll definitely be one of the first to find out once War is finished!

I think what it was was that you had issues with the playtesting in your WiP, that you weren't going to be able to do it as fast, then I got sick and I think, I missed you posting the actual build.

Oh wait, you might be confusing this with a different build :D

For this build, I had no WIP. This was my very first post here on the site. And then I got the idea of creating an entire build series about the Horsemen.

You followed the WIP of the 2nd of this series - War. I haven't posted that one just yet; it's still sitting in the Workshop until I finish playtesting. Something which you actually insisted I do haha :D
