So I have played skyrim since it first came out. I currently got the skyrim special edition on my laptop. I'm open to using mods. I'm looking for something like the "siphinors" from vampire diraies. It's hard to come up with 100% spell aborbtion and 0% magika regen, especially while a vampire. I'm able to get a mod to use like the vampires daylight ring but other than that I can't think of the spells, Unarmed or One handed, light armor or clothes, fire (prob), frost or shock, etc. So if there are any ideas please help.

You'd probably enjoy the flexibility of Better Vampires.

Mason's Volkihar seems like something you could use as a base if not an all out template. Being a Breton gives you a head start in the absorbtion game and you could use the Ultimate Atronach glitch (again credit to Mason) to cap off your spell absorbtion provided you don't want to pump points into magicka.

I've thought about fire as a vampire myself though sometimes I feel it would be a bit out of character and keeping to frost/shock would be better, though of course you can think around that pretty easily - for instance, a Dunmer vampire would have a natural affinity with fire and circumvent the vampire weakness to fire.

Rise of the Fallen is super fun and played a part in my inspiration for the Grave-Worm

I've been playing ESO and I love it. Is there any builds that are based on one of the three aliances? I really like the Aldmeri Dominion the most.

Hmm, I can't think of any based on the alliances themselves but I know of at least two based on either the classes from the games or one of the smaller factions. I'll try and think of some alliance-specific classes but none are coming to mind at the moment

The Veiled Scribe is based off of the Veiled Heritance to a large extent, not so much in regards to the combat and gameplay but the idea behind the character was definitely inspired by it.

The Aedric Spear is probably the best ESO based build around, and just a really great build in general. It was mostly based off of the Templar Class and is a pretty interesting way to transfer that class to Skyrim.

Hey guys so I was wondering if there were any builds that use a weapon with cool effects and such, I really enjoyed the Lion build that makes use of both dawnbreaker and the dawnguard rune shield and I was wondering if there were any other awesome and flashy builds out there?

[/blockquote] How about the Dawnguard Rune items? check the recently reposted Avatava from Phil or the inspirational Sun Priest from Henson which uses the Rune Shield as a weapon.
