Urgh...I just haven't been able to really crack into this build today which has bummed me out, but hey it is Father's Day so at least that's a reason? Dunno, anyway, the idea behind this build is to fit in with the Workshop Flash Event, where the challenge is to create a Level 5 or under build in just 1 day. Now my main idea so far is to essentially create a build that does something relatively interesting with Ordinator and also maybe create something that I can later expand on relatively easily.
So I decided to focus on Vancian Magic from Ordinator and just figure out what I want to do. Maybe it'll end up with me combining it with Concentration Spells or maybe I'll focus on Scrolls and Staves, it just depends on what feels like it'll be more interesting (or if the Concentration Spells bit works).
Vancian Magic - Your next 20 spells do not use Magicka and are twice as effective. When you run out of spells, you are unable to cast spells until you rest by sleeping at an inn or in your home.

The ancient arts of the Nordic Mages has always interested me, the way they take what should be the fundamental rules of mage-craft (spell = Magicka cost) and throw all of them out the window is something to be admired even if their savage ways, uncomfortable furs, and disgustingly ugly cities should be completely eradicated. They have this system of magic called Vancian Magic (though I have no idea what it's named after) which essentially allows them to cast a small number of overpowered spells every single day. I believe generally the number is 20, albeit some have claimed to be able to cast 40 spells per day at this overpowered level.
This system is one that I have spent an entire lifetime trying to recreate (but with decent, Altmeri spells as the main source of the spell casting instead of the more primitive Nordic Spells) and finally I have succeeded. Now to test it by destroying these savages and everything they have 'created'.
