Classic Stories

  • January 5, 2016

You who are familiar with TES Classics know that this groups is kinda grey area of this site. We cover anything related to older games from builds and mods to character profiles and mods. Yet there is something that I always wanted to have in this group. Stories.

Yeah, we already have group for that (Tamriel Tales) and I certainly don´t want to step on Okan´s and Sotek´s tails, so I came up with this little thing.

Think about this as my little collection of stories on this site that are set during events of previous games. I will simply link those stories, whether they are short stories, some chapters of long stories set in events of previous games, flashbacks and such. So this will be place where I´ll be hoarding those stories, featuring them here on one place, giving authors more spotlight.

Because the library of Tamriel Tales is very vast and I´m very busy man, I can´t hope to dig out all suitable stories, so if you guys know about anything, just post a link here, I´ll read it and either feature it here if it will be suitable or I won´t.

    Bloodmoon Rising by Sotek

First is Sotek´s recent short stories about little Sotek and his family, set in Morrowind. Little Hissing-Foot is a real troublemaker and I´m curious what have the Hircine and Bloodmoon in store for him.

    Year Zero: Exodus

     Chapter 1 / Chapter 2 / Chapter 3 / Chapter 4 / Chapter 5

    Year Six

     Chapter 1 / Chapter 2 / Chapter 3 / Chapter 4

    Straag Rod by Lissette

I bet you heard how devastating the Oblivion Crisis was, but they say that Almer suffered the most when Crystal Tower was destroyed. Lissette in her Straag Rod ventured there and now you can feel the pain of Altmeri people.

    Under Burning Skies

    A Tower Falls

By Azura By Azura By Azura by Mirric

This is a short story by Mirric, a comic take on the (in)famous Adoring Fan from Oblivion. Wanna laugh? Read it!

    The Sweltering Nord by Mirric

Smelly Nord, what more is there to say?

    Going Elsweyr by Lissette

Four Altmer, few Khajiits, tomato and of course Elsweyr 26 years after Oblivion Crisis. This short story portrays the land of Khajiit slowly raising back on their feet after the Crisis, giving you the option to see cities like Orcrest, Corinthe, Torval and others. And it´s funny as hell. Except for those moments when it isn´t.

    Chapter 1: The Meeting

    Chapter 2: Changing Plans

    Chapter 3: Blood Price

    Chapter 4: Sugar-Shakes

    Chapter 5: Unexpected Developments

    Memoirs of Mundus by IanMcClure

Another short story about Adoring Fan. That guy has to be immortal or something...

    Adoring Fan

No Honor Among Thieves by Karver

Imperial City, 3E. There´s a new gang in the city, and Thieves Guild doesn´t like people who sell drugs to poor of the Waterfront, which are under their protection.

    Part 1Part 2

That´s all I got for now, but I hope I´ll add more pieces into this Classic library.

I can ruin it if I want to ruin it. Because I can ruin it because ruin.

    Hello Karver.

Not howling out for myself, just a friendly awwoo to let you know I've written the second part to Exodus.

    B.M.R. Year 0 Exodus Part 02

I was hoping to finish the whole journey in two chapters but the characters have other ideas.

Hope you like it. (And by that I mean enoy it, not slap a like on it... oh you know what I mean )

Hey, Sotek. Don´t worry, I´ve noticed it, but I was just quite busy yesterday. I hope I´ll have few minutes in work to read it.

And yeah, I´ll definitely like it. (Like slapping a like on it, but not enjoying it at all )
