Synths and Ghouls

    You know how some people think that the main character in Fallout 4 is a synthetic from the Institute? Well if player ghoulification is in the game, I hope. How would a synthetic urn into a ghoul? 

    I think that you're not a synth or that the radiation would just melt the synch's face off. 

    What're you're thoughts on this?

    I think I'd be pretty disappointed if Fallout 4 rips off Terminator: Salvation for our origin story.

    True, but Bethesda wouldn't do that. Or at least I hope they wouldn't.

    I'm pretty sure you're not a synth and that you can't turn into a ghoul.

    What if your character is a cyborg? Or just genetically enhanced

    I will be very disappointed and mildly angry if either of these things are true. Main chars who are secretly synths but don't know it are highly over done. Ghoulification can never be undone. What if I don't want to be a ghoul but turn into one? No fucking thanks!

    Well, you can cure yourself of radiation veforehand

    Yeah, but if you don't have any Rad Away on you and you can't find any (which happens to me very often) then you're screwed unless you go to a doctor, but depending on how they would handle ghoulification that may take too long to get to.
