the little things

I would like to know what little things you would add to the game if given the chance. I would like to be able to heal the soldiers that you see in all the little imperial or stormcloak camps, after I pick a side. Then after healing them they would stick with you for a set amount of time. Kinda like the bonus you get after touching a shrine.
