Around midnight, when the two moons, Masser and Secunda were at their highest in the night sky, Sotek, who was fast asleep, was somewhat violently woken up. His eyes snapped open to find himself in a state of sexual arousal. He was lying on his back, void of his loincloth with Aela sitting on top of him, straddling him. Her face was of pure ecstasy which caused her to wildly throw her head back and howl out as she enjoyed the sexual feelings as they coursed through her. She could feel Red inside, partaking of her emotions as if they were the werewolf’s own.

Only when the wave of sensations passed did Aela actually look down at her mate. She warmly smiled before closing her eyes and as she whispered, she kept them shut.

“Oh, you’re awake! I’ll be with you in a minute. Don’t go... anywhere”. Her breathing rapidly increased once more as she built up her rhythm, increasing the pleasure she and Red felt from her lovemaking. Screwing her face up tightly, she howled out once more then slammed her hands down either side of Sotek’s head. Having spent all her energy, she collapsed into Sotek’s chest where her eyes flicked open. Smiling like a crazed creature, she bit into him, not so she would draw blood, but enough to make him cry out in pain.

Once she had recovered from her ‘ordeal’ she pushed herself against Sotek’s ribs and sat upright and shifted herself away from his groins so she was now sitting on his waist. Aela sexily flashed her eyes at him and spoke in her husky voice; knowing full well it turned Sotek on.

“Thanks! I really needed that... I feel much better! Now, however, we need to sort you out don’t we... hmmm?”

Sotek smiled back at her and went to hold her by the hips. That was when he realized for the first time since he awoke that his wrists were tied to the bed. There were times when they were both rough with each other; mainly when their inner wolves fuelled their lust for one another but this was beyond their normal play.

He nervously chuckled as he tugged harder on the leather straps but they held firm. Aela smiled down at him and shook her head while she gently placed a single finger on his lips.

    “No! Bad dog!!”

He slowly turned away from the straps and looked up at the she-wolf’s face which was filled with an evil smirk.

The whole atmosphere in the room changed as if a thundercloud had formed above them in the rafters of Jorrvaskr. Aela had a wild look about her still but it wasn’t one of a sexual nature. Her eyes shone from the wanton need of a hunt. Sotek had a sudden urge to stop being the hunted and wrestled with the arm restraints once more. Each wrist was bound tightly, leaving him at the mercy of the she-wolf who had now seemed to turn away from sexual play. Hoping he was reading the situation wrong, he grinned back at her, whilst trying to hide the alarm in his voice along with his fears.

“Ermm... can you say that without seeming so threatening?”

Aela initially seemed concerned and apologetic however such complacency was very short lived.

“Sorry I didn’t mean to scare you... oh hang on. Yes I bloody did as a matter of fact”. Her whole attitude changed in an instant.

No longer was she the loving mate he woke up to but a wild wolf on the prowl for food.

“You played me the other day in the Harbinger’s room so now it’s my turn. The game I’m playing is called ‘skin the Argonian’”.

Sotek winced at those words and wrestled with his restraints once more. Desperately he turned to Aela and begged forgiveness.

“Oh rats! Aela come on, you know he was playing. My mate, he didn’t mean for Tilma be standing there. You saw the funny side too didn’t you? Eventually?”

Aela smiled back at him and nodded in slow deliberate motions.

“Oh but I’m only playing, oh hang on… nope I’m not playing; Red is”.

She was too caught up in her game and the she-wolf’s emotions after sex were too intoxicating and the intensity was too overpowering to ignore. The end result was inevitable; she broke all the rules regarding Jorrvaskr and werewolves. She transformed.

Sotek cried out when he found himself trapped under the red furred twenty stone werewolf. His hands were still tied up and he looked up in horror as saliva dripped onto his bare chest from long white fangs.

“Oh bloody hell and Hircine!! Ermm hi Red; nice Red. Red can you get off, please?”

Red growled softly and flexed her claws against the scales on his chest before gently scraping them across his torso, cutting deep scratches into his chest while he cried out in pain and winced as he tried to block the burning sensation from the wounds which slowly started to bleed. Despite his pleading, she just sat there on top of him, pinning him to the bed.

He looked on nervously and half screamed despite trying his best to whisper.

“Red quit that! It’s not funny. Let me go; it hurts!!”

Red growled a second time and leaned towards him, only stopping when her fangs were a few inches away from his face. Her body smothered him in fur and limbs, half crushing him in the process.

He managed to stifle a groan as his breathing had become too restricted to shout.

    “You mangy, flea bitten hound”.

Snarling back at the female werewolf, Sotek decided to equal the odds. He knew the penalty would be severe but the way Red was acting gave him little choice if he wanted to keep his scales. He gritted his teeth and hissed.

    “My turn bitch!”

He tipped back his head and softly howled as his body underwent the transformation into Scarface. Jet black fur smothered his rapidly changing body as Scarface was let loose to repel his mate’s attack.

Red was lifted up as the bulky form of the black werewolf formed beneath her. Unfortunately for the pair of them, not only did his size drastically change, but also his weight. The bed creaked and groaned like the old wooden masts of an Imperial Galleon as the winds pushed against it’s off white sails. The two leather straps snapped as Scarface’s limbs expanded beyond the leather’s breaking point, releasing the black werewolf from his restraints.

Red growled at him as an ear shattering ‘crack’ echoed around the room. Seconds later they dropped to the floor as the bed collapsed with a loud crash due to the massive amount of weight thrust upon it.

Scarface yelped in shock as Red landed on him, thudding down heavily upon his stomach. Red looked down in pure bewilderment as her head slammed into his chest and whined. Both werewolves turned towards the door where they could hear two sets of heavy Wolf armoured boots run along the corridor towards them.

With a low growl Red transformed back to her Nordic form while Scarface followed suit. Sotek had just enough time to gather his wits as well as a fur to cover them with just the door flung open to reveal the two Brothers who burst through the threshold of Aela’s room to see what the massive crash was, just to find a bewildered Aela laying on top of Sotek amidst the wrecked bed. The straw mattress had split wide open, throwing out straw across the floor while bits of broken timber were flung away from the scene due to the bed’s collapse.

“What the hell are you both doing?” Farkas called out to them.

Aela, who was still half confused from the untimely changing to Red and almost straight back again, bound over to the door. She blurted out anything as she shoved Farkas away from the doorway so she could close it.

“We were just playing; honest we weren’t doing anything”.

Vilkas quickly turned away and held his hands up while Farkas shut his eyes tightly as he cried out.

“Whoa!! Aela; get some bloody clothes on”.

Aela looked down at herself and remembered, way too late to do anything about it, that she was naked. She screamed out and slapped Farkas across the face then dived under the pile of furs which Sotek was now trying to cover himself up with.

“Get out damn you!” She shrieked at the two brothers who had now turned their backs to her while Aela’s cheeks turned beetroot red.

Farkas looked blankly at Vilkas and rubbed the side of his face.

    “She slapped me... hard”.

Vilkas laughed at him and glanced at the two unfortunate mates who were helpless to do anything to stop him.

“Don’t worry, we’ll tell Kodlak what we heard”.

Aela begged with them, almost dropping the fur which she had hastily wrapped around herself in the process.

“No, don’t tell him! We were just playing; we weren’t doing anything”.

Farkas scoffed at her and pointed to a leg of the bed which has settled by the door.

“Aela we could hear you, damn the whole of Whiterun can hear you two; you just wait till we tell Kodlak that you broke your bed roughhousing.

The Huntress turned to Sotek and screwed her face up as he smiled back at her. Feeling embarrassed and infuriated, she punched him in the stomach, causing him to groan.

    “This is your fault!”

As she punched him a second time, she let go of the fur, dropping it to the floor. This only served to give Sotek a reason to smirk, adding to Aela’s displeasure over the situation. She tried to hit him again but he grabbed both arms, stopping her from lashing out.

Tipping his head to the doorway, he whispered at her before letting her go.

“Ermm Aela; they’re still at the door and you’re still naked”.

Aela screamed once more and slapped Sotek across the face, reddening his cheek. Beyond caring that she was exposing her breasts, she turned to Vilkas and screamed out while she grabbed a piece of wood and threw it towards the threshold, scattering the two brothers like mice.

    “Get out!!”

Seconds later the door slammed shut giving Aela the opportunity to get up once more. She kicked Sotek in the leg and hollered at him as she gazed upon the destruction Red and Scarface had wrought upon her room. Meanwhile, both Farkas and Vilkas’s laughter could be heard as they ran down the corridor towards the stairway.

Now that realism had fell upon the two Companions, Aela’s face was blushing and she couldn’t stop laughing despite the impending doom of retribution from the hall.

“Tilma’s going to kill us, and Kodlak as well. Oh Hircine, we broke my bed? What the hell are we going to do? They will never believe that Red and Scarface wasn’t here. Kodlak will know we changed...”

“You’re one crazy she-wolf; you know that? You are insane!” As Sotek spoke he rubbed his chest. The scratches had now healed from Scarface’s regeneration but he could still feel the burning sensation from Red’s claws.

“Never mind my fucked up attitude; what are we going to do?” Aela kept eyeing the door as the feeling of dread slowly filled her stomach. “Don’t just sit there, fix it”.

Sotek’s shoulders dropped as he lightly tapped a piece of broken bed strut with the edge of his foot. Mentally he tried to piece it all together but such a task was beyond even the Aedra of the world.

“Fix it? How? How do I fix this? Oh hang on I’ve got several beams of wood and some nails in my pack; we’ll be fine. Oh no I’m all out of nails. Look at it!!! It’s crushed; all because Aela wanted some fun. Well, are you having enough fun yet?”

Aela gritted her teeth and yelled back.

“Well you didn’t have to change did you and there’s no need for sarcasm. This room isn’t big enough for the pair of us to be sarcastic you useless waste of a tail!”

Sotek raised his spiky eyebrows and scoffed at her comment.

“Haa! Waste of a tail? No, it was change or get slowly cut up by Red the psycho bitch”.

Upon hearing this, Aela thumped him in the chest. Without thinking she blurted out her response.

    “She isn’t a psycho and she isn’t a bitch”.

“Sitting on top of someone cutting scratches in their chest isn’t normal. Also, my mate; just what are female wolves called?”

Aela scrunched her face up and glanced around the room. By now she had started to feel sick as she imagined the imminent approach of the Harbinger banging on her door.

“Shut up and do something; you’re wasting time. If, no sorry it’s a when, Kodlak comes down here with Tilma, we’ll get hung. Stop dawdling and hurry up”. She bent down and picked up a piece of timber and waved it in Sotek’s face. “Where does this piece go?”

Sotek took the piece of wood and threw it on the remains of the bed. With a face full of hopelessness he shrugged his shoulders and glanced back at Aela.

“In a brazier? We can’t fix this Aela. Not this time!”

He watched Aela as she started pacing around the room. The fact that she was still naked was lost as she envisioned Kodlak’s disapproving face peering down owlishly at her. Having decided to spare her from such a fate, Sotek picked up a long support beam and weighed it in his hands.

“Right!! We got to move fast! Get some clothes on, we got to hurry. Shirt and trousers; no time for anything else”.

Without even bothering with a loincloth, Aela grabbed an old pair of Sotek’s trousers which Tilma had adjusted for her and put them on. She grabbed one of his shirts and threw it over her head while Sotek snatched a pair of his trousers from her wardrobe. Within moments they were dragging the main section of the bed to Vilkas’s room.

As they made their way down the corridor, Aela asked about his plan as she didn’t understand what they were doing.

“Why are we doing this? There’s no time”.

Sotek pulled Vilkas’s bed away from the wall and singlehandedly dragged it to the doorway. He then began propping up the broken bed in the original bed’s place.

“He’s laughed too often at us so now its payday. He won’t know we switched beds until he tries to get on it. Quick, help me with his bed... your bed”.

She took the front of it and lifted it up so they could carry it back to her room. Once it was in place, Sotek swapped the split mattress for Farkas’s one and stuck it on Vilkas’s bed in such a manner that it covered any obvious faults before getting Aela a new mattress. They just managed to get back to her room when they heard a commotion coming from the end of the corridor.

Both mates sighed in relief as they pulled a fur over them. Trying to act as casual as possible they started a conversation about the training earlier.

“I don’t think it went bad at all really once they stopped shooting at Eorlund”. Aela said with a big smirking grin plastered across her face.

All too quickly there was a loud, resolute knock on Aela’s door. Both Companions knew it was the Harbinger and where he was, Tilma wasn’t far behind; if behind at all...

*Sotek I was wrong about that too, I forgot you treat the wolf spirit as another entity.

I was almost correct. He almost did die but instead by evisceration and/or mutilation instead of a slit throat.

    Great :)
It isn't a serious chapter. One of those goofy moments in the lives of the Companions. Things get all too serious outside in the wilds.
Really pleased you enjoyed it Lissette.
