Mor's Lament for Alessia

  • I see you still upon your star-patterned path

    A banner ever-burning

On snow-dusted sighs I hear your laugh

    From Aetherius adjourning.

You're like Secunda's light on my nose hoop here

    Unobtrusively allusive

I withdraw more every passing year

    Under summer's sun, reclusive.

If I could remake you from your stars

Or form you of the moons

To return to Nirn that joy of ours

Would I soar so high so soon?

To feel your breath just one last time

Or taste you on my tongue

    For my Paravant, resplendent, fine

Would I render every song unsung?

To pieces I would smash my mail

Or gore the world upon my horns

To bear you aloft in blizzard or gale

I would fly until life's final morn.

This makes you wonder if Bethesda had kept a smut stash of Mor x Alessia hidden away from us. I don't mind a bit of ero content, even if it's just a tease like The Real Barenziah (Daggerfall Edition). :P

@Karver So wait, does that me...  more

So, how long until you just start writing a bit of erotic fiction starting Mor and Allesia? :P I don't read many poems Phil but you said Mor so, you know, I had to read it. I always do like your poems when I read them Phil, just gotta read em more often :)

"taste you on my tongue" eh? ;)
Anyway, vivid as always, Phil. As always when you're writing about your favourite triangle. Maybe the Bull will see his Al-Esh once again. :)

Ha! What is romance without a bit of intimacy? (A) Thanks man :)

Most of these days I feel like "What is romance without a bit of necromany" is more accurate. (5/5 Windhelm's Butchers agree.) xD

Great poem, Phil. Those three are easily my favorites.
